The Obot d100 is a new robot for the research market. Incorporating a SICK laser range finder into the robot chassis, the d100 presents a faster and sleeker navigation and mapping platform than any current competitor.
Designed from scratch for Carnegie Mellon and Stanford researchers working on SLAM and multirobot interaction, we took to heart many of the problems they faced with common research robots. Each d100 incorporates an advanced power system into its fast, low-profile body for convenience and constant use. |
